Senior Leaders

About Us

Our senior leaders have extensive experience of meeting the needs of children with really complex needs, and of helping them to succeed where previous schools had not been able to do so. We understand how to manage challenging behaviour successfully, and how to help habitual school refusers to become habitual attenders. We are also experienced in growing new schools successfully.

‘Kids are so happy to be here … you guys are the experts! ... (And) the kids are so happy to be here. You can see the relationships between the staff and kids … it’s so lovely to see."

Local Authority Attendance Advisor, Nov 2025

"Staff are overwhelmingly positive about leaders' support for their workload, well-being and professional development. They value being part of a new and developing school, and are fully committed to supporting their pupils."

Ofsted Report, Maypole School (Leigham Court), June 2024

"The support for pupils behaviour is excellent. … their self control is developing and, as a result, negative behaviours are reducing."
